SURANCE ACT, 1994 (MINIMUM BENEFIT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2005 I, Mary Harney, Minister for Health and Children,
exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 10 of the Health
surance Act, 1994 (No. 16 of 1994) as amended by section 13 of the Health
surance (Amendment) Act, 2001 ( No. 17 of 2001 ), hereby make the following Regulations- 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health
surance Act, 1994 (Minimum Benefit (Amendment) Regulations, 2005. 2. The Health
surance Act, 1994 (Minimum Benefit) Regulations, 1996 ( S.I. No. 83 of 1996 are hereby amended - (a)
, by the substitution:- (i) for “ancillary” of “relevant”
