- This Order may be cited as the National Archives Act 1986 (Prescription of Classes of Records) (Amendment) Order
- The Second Schedule to the National Archives Act 1986 (Prescription of Classes of Records) Order 1997 ( S.I. No. 281 of 1997 ) is amended by adding after mention of the matter contained in columns
(1)and
(2)the following: “ The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions All records concerning criminal investigations or the prosecution of criminal offences. ”.
