No. 52 of 2005 National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 2005 I, Brian Cowen, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22
(1)of the National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (No 29 of 2002), after consultation with the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, hereby make the following order with respect to which, pursuant to section 22
(2)of that Act, a draft has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas and no resolution disapproving of the draft has been passed by either such House within the next subsequent 21 days on which each House sat after the draft was laid before it:
- This Order may be cited as the National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (Amendment of Schedule) Order
- The Schedule to the National Development Finance Agency Act 2002 (No. 29 of 2002) is amended by adding the following to it: “Digital Hub Development Agency.”. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 27th January 2005 BRIAN COWEN Minister for Finance EXPLANATORY NOTE (This Note is not part of the Statutory Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation) This order amends the Schedule to the National Development Finance Agency Act, 2002 (No. 29 of 2002) by adding the Digital Hub Development Agency to the list of State authorities covered by the provisions of the Act.
