The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2
(1)of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Marine (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order
- The powers and duties of the Minister for Communications Marine and Natural Resources conferred on him by the European Communities (Sea Fisheries) Irish Sea Herring Fishing (Licensing) Regulations 2005 ( S.I. No. 547 of 2005 ) are delegated to Pat the Cope Gallagher, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
