No. 772/2005 - European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 AmendmentsLeasuithe STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS S.I No 772 of 2005 European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 I, Martin Cullen , Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) for the purpose of giving further effect to Article 7
(1)of Council Directive No. 91/439/EEC of 29 July 19911 , as amended by Council Directive No. 2000/56 of 14 September 20002 , hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2005.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 12 December
- The European Communities (Driving Theoretical Tests) Regulations 2003 ( S.I. No 52 of 2003 ) are amended in Regulation 5
(4), by substituting “€35.60” for “€34”. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 2 December
