No. 907/2005 - European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports of Birds) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 AmendmentsLeasuithe I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2005/862/EC1 of 30 November 2005, hereby make the following regulations - 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports of Birds)(Amendment) Regulations 2005. 2. The European Communities (Avian Influenza) (Control on Imports of Birds Regulations 2005 ( S.I No. 709 of 2005 ) are amended by - (
- a)the substitution, for the definition of “Commission Decision” in regulation 2
(1), of - “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2005/760/EC2 as amended by Commission Decision 2005/862/EC’;”, (
- b)by inserting the following after Regulation 4(
- c)“ ‘(
- d)product that complies with Article 2
(2)(c) or Article 2
