(1)of the Ministerial, Parliamentary and Judicial Offices and Oireachtas Members (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2001 (No. 33 of 2001), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Designation of Approved Organisations) Order
  3. The organisation specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby designated as an approved organisation for the purpose of Part 10 of the Ministerial, Parliamentary and Judicial Offices and Oireachtas Members (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2001 (No. 33 of 2001).
  4. This Order is deemed to have come into effect on 16 July
