No. 127 of 2006 Competition (Amendment) Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2006 I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6
(3)of the Competition (Amendment) Act 2006 hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Competition (Amendment) Act 2006 (Commencement) Order
- Subject to paragraph 3 of this Order, the 20 day of March 2006 is appointed as the day on which the Competition (Amendment) Act 2006 comes into operation.
- This Order does not apply to section 5
