No. 192 of 2006 European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 I, Mary Coughlan, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Directive 2005/70/EC of 20 October 20051 hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables) (Amendment) Regulations 2006. 2. The European Communities (Pesticide Residues) (Fruit and Vegetables Regulations 1989 (S. I. No. 105 of 1989) are amended, in Annex II to the Schedule, by deleting the entry relating to chlorpropham.
