No.316 of 2006 Harbours Act, 1996 (Transfer of Sligo Harbour to Sligo County Council) Order 2006 I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 88
(2)of the Harbours Act 1996 (No. 11 of 1996), as adapted by the Maritime Transport, Safety and Security (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2005 ( S.I. No. 842 of 2005 ), and with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Transfer of Sligo Harbour to Sligo County Council) Order
- This Order comes into operation on 13 June
- The property, rights and liabilities and every member of staff of Sligo Harbour Commissioners are transferred to Sligo County Council. GIVEN under my Official Seal 7 June
- Minister for Transport. The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government consents to the foregoing Order. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government 13 June
