NO. 361 OF 2006 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 2001 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2006 The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 7 of the Local Government Act 2001 (No. 37 of 2001), hereby orders as follows:- 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 2001 (Commencement) Order 2006. 2. Part 19 of the Local Government Act, 2001 , shall come into operation on 10 July 2006. 3. Section 5
(1)of and Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Local Government Act 2001 shall come into operation on 10 July 2006 to the extent specified in the Schedule to this Order.
