  1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Law Reform and Pensions Act 2006 (Section 40 (Commencement) Order,
  2. Commencement.
  3. The 24th day of July 2006 is appointed as the day on which section 40 of the Social Welfare Law Reform and Pensions Act 2006 comes into operation. GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Social and Family Affairs, this 24th day of July

This Order provides for the commencement of section 40 of the Social Welfare Law Reform and Pensions Act 2006 with effect from 24th July
