(1)of the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (Commencement)(No. 2) Order 2006. 2. In this Order “Act of 2006” means the Registration of Deeds and Title Act 2006 (No. 12 of 2006). 3. The 4th day of November, 2006 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act of 2006 come into operation, namely - (
  1. a)section 4 (except in so far as it applies to Part 1 of the Schedule to the Act of 2006), (
  2. b)Part 2, (
  3. c)sections 46 to 48 (
  4. d)sections 50(
  5. e)and 51, paragraphs (
  6. b)and (
  7. d)of section 52, sections 53 to 57, 61, 62, 64, 67, 71 and 72, (
  8. e)sections 74, 75 and 78, and (
  9. f)Part 2 of the Schedule. 4. The 1st day of January 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 73 of the Act of 2006 comes into operation.
