No. 662 of 2006 DERELICT SITES (URBAN AREAS) REGULATIONS, 2006. The Minister for the Environment and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 21 of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (No. 14 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations: — Citation. 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Derelict Sites (Urban Areas) Regulations, 2006.
(2)These Regulations and the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to 1993 may be cited together as the Derelict Sites Regulations, 1990 to
- Prescription of urban areas
- The areas in the administrative counties of Clare, Dublin, Kerry, Kilkenny, and Leitrim indicated in Column 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations opposite the mention of the relevant administrative county in Column 1 of the said Schedule are hereby prescribed to be urban areas for the purposes of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 .
