(2)of the Criminal Justice Act 2007 (No. 29 of 2007), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2007. 2. In this Order “Act of 2007” means Criminal Justice Act 2007 (No. 29 of 2007). 3. The 18 day of May 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act of 2007 come into operation, namely - (
  1. a)Part 1 (other than section 3), (
  2. b)Part 2 (other than sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 and 19), (
  3. c)Part 3, (
  4. d)Parts 5 and 6, (
  5. e)Part 7 (other than section 41), (
  6. f)Part 9 (other than section 57), and (
  7. g)Schedule 2. 4. The 1st day of July 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act of 2007 come into operation, namely - (
  8. a)section 3, (
  9. b)sections 6, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 18, (
  10. c)Part 4, (
  11. d)section 57, and (
