No. 279/2007 - The Blood Transfusion Service Board (Establishment) Order, 1965, (Amendment) Order, 2007 AmendmentsLeasuithe The Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 3 of the Health (Corporate Bodies) Act, 1961 (No. 27 of 1961), (as adapted by the Health (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order ( S.I. No. 308 of 1997 ), hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Blood Transfusion Service Board (Establishment) Order, 1965 (Amendment) Order, 2007. 2. The Blood Transfusion Service Board (Establishment) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 78 of 1965 ) is amended by:- (
- a)substituting for paragraph
(1)of Article 16 the following paragraph: “
(1)The Chairman shall receive such remuneration for acting as Chairman of the Board, as the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, may determine.” (b) by the addition to Article 16 of the following paragraph: “
(3)Members of the Board may receive such remuneration for acting as members of the Board, as the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, may determine.”.
