No. 37 of 2007 EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (BLUETONGUE) (RESTRICTION ON IMPORT) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 2007 I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purposes of giving effect to Commission Decision No. 2007/28/EC of 22 December 2006 1 , hereby make the following regulations— Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in “Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd February, 2007. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on import) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on Import) Regulations 2006 (S. I. No. 703 of 2006) are amended, in Regulation 2

(1)by the substitution for the definition of “Commission Decision” (inserted by the European Communities (Bluetongue) (Restriction on import) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 5 of 2007 )), ‘“Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision No 2005/393/EC of 23 May 2005, Commission Decision No 2006/591/EC of 1 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/633/EC of 15 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/650/EC of 25 September 2006, Commission Decision No. 2006/693/EC of 13 October 2006, Commission Decision No 2006/761/EC of 9 November 2006, Commission Decision 2006/858/EC of 28 November 2006 and Commission Decision 2007/28/EC of 22 December 2006;”.
