I, DERMOT AHERN, Minister for Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Amendment) Act 2006 (Commencement) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Amendment) Act 2006 (No. 18 of 2006), shall be deemed to have been in operation between the 1st day of January, 2007, and the 29th day of January 2007.
