I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Council DirectiveNo. 2005/24/EC of 14 March 2005 1 , Commission Decision No. 2005/379/EC of 17 May 2005 2 , Commission Decision No. 2006/16/EC of 5 January 2006 3 ,Commission Decision No. 2006/60/EC of 2 February 2006 4 , Commission Decision No. 2006/427/EC of 20 June 2006 5 , Commission Decision No. 2007/240/EC of 16 April 2007 6 and Commission Decision No. 2007/371/EC of 29 May 2007 7 , hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Trade in Bovine Breeding Animals, their Semen, Ova and Embryos) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Trade in Bovine Breeding Animals, their Semen, Ova and Embryos) Regulations 1996 ( S.I. No. 112 of 1996 ) are amended, in Regulation 2
