I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving effect to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1029/2006 of 19 June 2006 1 , Commission Regulation (EC) No. 814/2004 of 29 April 2004 2 , Commission Regulation (EC) No. 81/2006 of 18 January 2006 3 , Commission Regulation (EC) No. 433/2006 of 15 March 2006 4 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2029/2006 of 22 December 2006 5 , hereby make the following regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Labelling and Marketing Standards for Poultrymeat) (Amendment) Regulations 2007. 2. The European Communities (Labelling and Marketing Standards for Poultrymeat) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 42 of 2004 ) are amended by— (
