No. 6/2007 - Companies (Forms) Order 2007 AmendmentsLeasuithe Download PDF Íoslódáil PDF I, MICHAEL AHERN, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 396 of the Companies Act 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), as adapted by the Enterprise and Employment (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 1997 ( S.I. No. 305 of 1997 ) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions)(No.2) Order 2004 ( S.I. No. 808 of 2004 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Forms) Order 2007. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 22 January 2007. 3. The Companies (Forms) Order 2000 ( S.I. No. 62 of 2000 ) is amended— (
- a)in Article 7, by substituting “unsworn declaration” for “statutory declaration”, and (
- b)by substituting the following for Schedule 4: ”. 4. The Form (Form B77) set out in the Schedule hereto is prescribed for use in connection with sections 57
(4)(a) and 58
(2)of the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005 (No. 12 of 2005). 5. The Companies (Forms) Order 2005 ( S.I. No. 694 of 2005 ) is revoked. EXPLANATORY NOTE (This Note is not part of this Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation) The purpose of this Order is to revoke forms to be used for the purposes of certain provisions of the Companies Acts 1963 to 2006 and to prescribe replacement forms to be used for the purposes of those provisions.
