No. 063 of 2007 HARBOURS ACT, 1996 (Compulsory Acquisition) (Dublin Port Company) Order 2007 I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, on the application of Dublin Port Company, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph 2 of the Fourth Schedule to the Harbours Act 1996 (No. 11 of 1996), and the Maritime Transport, Safety and Security (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2005 (S.I. No. 842 of 2005), and no objection to the application of Dublin Port Company referred to in the following order has been lodged with me within the period referred to in paragraph 1
(3)of that Schedule, hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Compulsory Acquisition) (Dublin Port Company) Order
- Dublin Port Company is authorised to acquire compulsorily the land property the subject of the application made to me by it on 28 August 2006 under paragraph 1
(1)of the Harbours Act 1996 (No. 11 of 1996) in accordance with the terms of the application.
