(2)of the Civil Registration Act 2004 (No. 3 of 2004), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Registration Act 2004 (Commencement) Order
  3. The 5th day of November 2007 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Civil Registration Act 2004 (No. 3 of 2004) come into operation: (a) section 4 in so far as it relates to the repeal of the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order; (b) section 13
(1)(e); (
  1. c)Part 6 (as amended by the Health Act 2007 (No. 23 of 2007)); (
  2. d)the Second Schedule in so far as it relates to the repeal of the enactments mentioned in the Schedule to this Order. Regulation 2.
