The Courts Service, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 26 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1953 (No. 32 of 1953), as amended by section 43 of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act, 1961 (No. 39 of 1961), section 16 of the Courts Act, 1971 (No. 36 of 1971) and section 29 of the Courts Service Act, 1998 (No. 8 of 1998) and after consultation with the President of the District Court, hereby orders as follows: 1. (
  4. a)This Order may be cited as the District Court Districts and Areas (Amendment) and Variation of Days and Hours in the District Court Areas of Bray, Clonmel, Drogheda, Dundalk, Dungarvan and Wicklow Order, 2007. (
  5. b)This Order shall come into operation on 1st January, 2008. 2. The First Schedule to the District Court (Areas) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 5 of 1961 ), is hereby amended by— (
  6. a)the substitution at reference number 263 for the matter in column

(4)of the following: “Bray— First, Second, Third and Fourth Monday in each month, First Wednesday in each month, First, Second, Third and Fourth Thursday in each month. All sittings at 10.30 a.m.” (b) the substitution at reference number 231 for the matter in column
(4)of the following: “Clonmel— Second and Fourth Tuesday in each month at 10.30 a.m. Third Friday in each month at 10.30 a.m. (Juvenile Court)” (c) the substitution at reference number 166 for the matter in column
(4)of the following: “Drogheda— First, Third and Fourth Tuesday in each month. Second Thursday in each month. First, Second, Third and Fourth Friday in each month. All sittings at 10.00 a.m.” (d) the substitution at reference number 167 for the matter in column
(4)of the following: “Dundalk— Second Tuesday in each month at 10.00 a.m. First, Second, Third and Fourth Wednesday in each month at 10.30 a.m. First, Third and Fourth Thursday in each month at 10.00 a.m.” (e) the substitution at reference number 240 for the matter in column
(4)of the following: “Dungarvan— Second and Fourth Wednesday in each month at 10.30 a.m.” (f) the substitution at reference number 267 for the matter in column

(4)of the following: “Clonmel— Second and Fourth Tuesday in each month at 10.30 a.m. Third Friday in each month at 10.30 a.m. (Juvenile Court)” (c) the substitution at reference number 145 for the matter in column
(4)of the following: “Drogheda— First, Third and Fourth Tuesday in each month. Second Thursday in each month. First, Second, Third and Fourth Friday in each month. All sittings at 10.00 a.m.” (d) the substitution at reference number 146 for the matter in column
(4)of the following: “Dundalk— Second Tuesday in each month at 10.00 a.m. First, Second, Third and Fourth Wednesday in each month at 10.30 a.m. First, Third and Fourth Thursday in each month at 10.00 a.m.” (e) the substitution at reference number 206 for the matter in column
