I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Agriculture and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Council Directive No. 2006/107/EC of 20 November 2006 1 , hereby make the following Regulations:- 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Agriculture) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) Regulations 2007. 2. A reference in Regulations made under the European Communities Act 1972 to a Directive cited in Article 1 of Council Directive No. 2006/107/EC of 20 November 2006 is construed and has effect as if the reference is a reference to the Directive cited in that Article as amended by the Annex to Council Directive 2006/107/EC of 20 November 2006.
