I, MARTIN CULLEN, Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (No. 31 of 2003), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (Section 21) Regulations 2008. 2. Thomond Park Stadium, Limerick is designated as a national sporting arena. 3.
(1)The areas indicated by the colour red on the maps (set out in Part 1 of the Schedule) of Thomond Park Stadium, Limerick, being a designated national sporting arena, are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (a) of section 21
(4).
(2)The areas indicated by the colour blue on the maps (set out in Part 2 of the Schedule) of Thomond Park Stadium, Limerick, being a designated national sporting arena, are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (b) of section 21
