I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22A
(10)(substituted by section 35 of, and item 20 of Part 8 of Schedule 1 to, the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (No. 12 of 2003)) of the Insurance Act 1989 (No. 3 of 1989), and being satisfied of the matters set out in section 22A
(10)of the former Act, hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Insurance Act 1989 (Regulation of Reinsurance) (Commencement) Order
- Section 22A (substituted by Section 35 of, and item 20 of Part 8 of Schedule 1 to, the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (No. 12 of 2003)) of the Insurance Act 1989 (No. 3 of 1989) has effect on and from 5 December
