In exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsections

(3)of Section 4 , Section 8 of the Labour Services Act, 1987 (No. 15 of 1987) An Foras Áiseanna Saothair hereby makes the following Scheme.
  1. Short Title This Scheme may be cited as the An Foras Áiseanna Saothair (Closed) (Amendment) Superannuation Scheme
  3. Commencement The Scheme will commence with effect from the 14th November 2000, which shall be known as the Date of Commencement.
  4. Definitions “the Main Scheme” means the An Foras Áiseanna Saothair (Closed) Superannuation Scheme 1998; “the Schedule” means the Schedule attached to this Scheme.
  5. Amendments to the Main Scheme The superannuation provisions contained in the documents listed in the Schedule will form part of the Main Scheme. The implementation dates of those provisions will be as set out in the respective documents. In the event of any conflict between such provisions in the documents in the Schedule and other provisions in the Main Scheme, the provisions in the Schedule shall apply. SCHEDULE
