I, MARY COUGHLAN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers given to me by Section 10 of the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited Act 1959 and with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, hereby approve of the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966 (Fifth Amending) Scheme 2009, as set out herewith. 1.TITLE

(1)This Scheme may be cited as the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966 (Fifth Amending) Scheme 2009.
(2)The Principal Scheme and the Amending Schemes may be cited together as the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Schemes 1966 to
  1. 2.COMMENCEMENT This Scheme shall be deemed to have come into effect on the 6th day of April
  2. 3.DEFINITIONS “the Main Scheme” means the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Schemes 1966 to 1989, together with this Scheme; “the Principal Scheme” means the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966; “the Amending Schemes” means the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966 (Amendment) Scheme 1967, the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966 (Second Amending) Scheme 1971, the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966 (Third Amending) Scheme 1986 and the Shannon Free Airport Develop-ment Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme 1966 (Fourth Amending) Scheme 1989; “the Schedule” means the Schedule attached to this Scheme. 4.AMENDMENTS TO THE MAIN SCHEME The superannuation provisions contained in the documents listed in the Schedule will form part of the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Schemes 1966 to

In the event of any conflict between provisions in the documents in the Schedule and other provisions in the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (General Employees) Superannuation Schemes 1966 to 1989, the provisions in the Schedule shall apply.
