(2)(d) OF THE MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 2007 . CRITERIA FOR THE COUNCIL WHEN CONSIDERING WHETHER TO RESTORE THE REGISTRATION OF A MEDICAL PRACTITIONER WHOSE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
- The circumstances that led to cancellation of the Medical Practitioners Registration.
- The findings of the Fitness to Practise Committee and the reasons relied on by the Council for their decision to cancel the Medical Practitioners registration.
- Whether the Medical Practitioner has gained any insight into the matters that led to cancellation of his/her registration.
- What the Medical Practitioner has done since cancellation of his/her Registration.
- The steps taken by the Medical Practitioner to keep his/her medical knowledge and skills up to date.
- The steps that have been taken by the Medical Practitioner to rehabilitate professionally and/or socially.
