These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Road Transport Activities Checks) (Amendment) Regulations 2010. 2. Regulation 2
(1)of the European Communities (Road Transport Activities Checks) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 545 of 2007 ) is amended by substituting for the definition of “Directive” the following: “ “Directive” means Directive No. 2006/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 2006 3 as amended by Commission Directive 2009/4/EC of 23 January 20091 and Commission Directive 2009/5/EC of 30 January 20092;”.
