I, MARY HANAFIN, Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1
(4)of the Intoxicating Liquor (National Conference Centre) Act 2010 (No. 9 of 2010), hereby make the following regulations:
- These Regulations may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor (National Conference Centre) Act 2010 (Prescribed Areas) Regulations
- The areas indicated by the colour red on the maps of the Convention Centre set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of convention events.
- The areas indicated by the colour blue on the maps of the Convention Centre set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of non-convention events. Under this Section, the Minister for Tourism, Culture and Sport may prescribe an area of the Convention Centre Dublin for the sale and consumption of alcohol.
