I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959 (No. 14 of 1959) and section 31
(2)of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010) hereby make the following regulations: 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (Form of Instrument of Appointment) Regulations 2010.
(2)These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
- The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed as the form of an instrument of appointment for the purposes of section 31
(2)of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010). 3. The Fisheries Act 1980 (Section 26) Regulations 1983 ( S.I. No. 71 of 1983 ) are revoked. SCHEDULE INLAND FISHERIES IRELAND Instrument of Appointment of Authorised Person Section 31
(2)of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010) Inland Fisheries Ireland hereby appoints to be an authorised person for the purpose of Part XVIII of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act 1959 (No. 14 of 1959). This appointment is in force for the period commencing on 20...... and ending on.................................................. 20...... or until such time asthis appointment is revoked, whichever is the earlier.
