I, BRENDAN SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972), for the purpose of giving effect to Commission Decision 2010/380/EC of 7 July 2010 1 , hereby make the following Regulations— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Anoplophora chinensis) (Amendment) Regulations 2010. 2. The European Communities (Phytosanitary Measures) (Anoplophora chinensis) Regulations 2009 ( S.I. No. 391 of 2009 ) are amended in Regulation 2
(1), by substituting for the definition of “Commission Decision” the following— “ ‘Commission Decision’ means Commission Decision 2008/840/EC of 7 November 2008 and Commission Decision 2010/380/EC of 7 July 2010 2 ;”.
