The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 hereby orders as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2010. 2. The 5th of October 2010 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 30 of 2010) come into operation: (

The 30th of November 2010 is appointed as the day on which sections 17 , 18 and 19 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2010 (No. 30 of 2010) come into operation.
