I, BARRY ANDREWS, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 150 of the Adoption Act 2010 (No. 21 of 2010) and the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 508 of 2010 ), hereby make the following regulations: 1. These regulations may be cited as the Adoption Act 2010 (Section 134) (Forms) Regulations 2010. 2. The collective title “the Adoption Regulations 2010” includes these regulations. 3.

(1)In paragraph
(2), “notice” means the notice of every registration, or cancellation of registration, of an accredited body in the register of accredited bodies which is required by section 134 of the Act to be published by the Authority in Iris Oifigiúil.
(2)The forms of notice are set out in the Schedule.
