I, PAT CAREY, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25
(1)of the Statistics Act 1993 (No. 21 of 1993) and the Statistics (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 170 of 2009 ), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Statistics (Service Inquiries) (Amendment) Order
- The Statistics (Service Inquiries) Order 2008 ( S.I. No. 77 of 2008 ) is amended by substituting the following for Article 2: “
- This Order is made for the purposes of giving full effect to Regulation (EC) No. 295/2008 1 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 March 2008, Commission Regulation (EC) No 97/2009 2 of 2 February 2009, Commission Regulation (EC) No 250/2009 3 of 11 March 2009 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 251/2009 4 of 11 March 2009.”.
