I, PAT RABBITTE, Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 285A (inserted by section 46 of the Finance Act 2008 (No. 3 of 2008)) of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), with the approval of, and after consultation with, the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows: 1.

(1)This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Accelerated Capital Allowances for Energy Efficient Equipment) (Amendment) Order 2011.
(2)The collective citation, “the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Accelerated Capital Allowances for Energy Efficient Equipment) Orders 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011”, includes this Order.
