I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 19 and 20 of the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minster) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Travel Document Fee) Regulations 2011. 2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2011. 3. The amount of €80 is prescribed for the purposes of section 19
