I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving further effect to Council Regulation (EU) No. 881/2002 of 27 May 20021 as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 640/2011 of 30 June 20112 , hereby make the following regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011. 2. Regulation 2 (amended by the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 71 of 2011 )) of the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. No. 186 of 2006 ) is amended by— (
  4. a)in paragraph (cxli) by deleting “and”, (
  5. b)in paragraph (cxlii) by substituting “18 January 2011145 , ” for “18 January 2011145 .”, and (
