(2)of the Courts Service Act 1998 (No. 8 of 1998) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows: 1.
(1)This Order may be cited as the Courts Service Act 1998 (Section 29
(2)) Order 2011.
(2)This Order comes into operation on 1 November
  2. Schedule 2 to the Courts Service Act 1998 (No. 8 of 1998) is amended by the insertion in columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively, of that Schedule after the seventh entry therein of: “ No. 27 of 1965 Succession Act 1965 Section 131 ”. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 12 October
