(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed Public Bodies, Designated Directorships of Public Bodies and Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2011.

(2)These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January

2. The Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed Public Bodies, Designated Directorships of Public Bodies, and Designated Positions in Public Bodies) Regulations 2004 ( S.I. No. 699 of 2004 ), as amended by the Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed Public Bodies, Designated Directorships of Public Bodies and Designated Positions in Public Bodies) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2010 ( S.I.
