(4)of the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 (No. 28 of 2010), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 (Section 25) (Commencement) Order
- The 27th day of April 2011 is appointed as the day on which section 25 of the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 (No. 28 of 2010) comes into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 1 March

This Order provides for the commencement of Section 25 of the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2010 , with effect from the 27th of April
