The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Environment, Community and Local Government (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2012. 2.
