The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 147 of the Local Government Act, 2001 (No. 37 of 2001), hereby makes the following regulations: 1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Tenure of Office of Managers) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012. 2. In these Regulations “the Act” means the Local Government Act 2001 . 3. The Local Government (Tenure of Office of Managers) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 573 of 2011 ) are amended by the insertion of the following Regulations after Regulation 4(
