I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1

(2)of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011), hereby order as follows:
  1. This Order may be cited as the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order
  3. The 7th day of June 2012 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011) shall come into operation: (a) section 7
(1)of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act in so far as they relate to the repeal of the following provisions of the Auctioneers and House Agents Act 1947 (No. 10 of 1947): (i) section 8
(1)and
(2); (ii) section 10
(1)and
(2); (iii) Part III; and (iv) section 24
(1)and
(2); (
  1. b)sections 29 to 34; (
  2. c)sections 38 to 42; (
  3. d)sections 45 to 48; (
  4. e)section 62; (
  5. f)Part 8; (
  6. g)section 77; (
  7. h)section 92; (
  8. i)section 94 (other than subsection
(7)in so far as it relates to an offence under section 28); (
  1. j)Schedules 5 and 6. 3. The 6th day of July 2012 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 shall come into operation: (
  2. a)sections 3 and 4; (
  3. b)section 7 (in so far as it is not already in operation); (
  4. c)section 28; (
  5. d)sections 35 to 37; (
  6. e)Part 4 (in so far as it is not already in operation); (
  7. f)sections 49 to 61; (
  8. g)Part 7; (
  9. h)section 78; (
  10. i)Part 11; (
  11. j)sections 89 to 91; (
  12. k)section 93; (
  13. l)section 94 (in so far as it is not already in operation); (
