This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 2001 (Specified Council) (Limerick) Order 2012. 2. This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of August 2012. 3. The specified council for the purposes of section 144(1B) of the Local Government Act 2001 in respect of Limerick County and Limerick City shall be Limerick City.
