The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 5 and 12 of the Roads Act 1920 and section 1 of the Finance (Excise Duties) (Vehicles) Act 1952 (No. 24 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations:— 1.
(1)These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.
(2)These Regulations and the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1992 to 2008 shall be construed as one and may be cited together as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 1992 to 2012.
(3)These Regulations shall come into operation on 6 December
- The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 1992 ( S.I. No. 385 of 1992 ) are hereby amended:—
(1)by the substitution of the amount “€119” for “€99” in sub-article
(2)of Article 15 and sub-article
(1)of Article
