I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 103
(1)of the Companies Act 1963 (No. 33 of 1963) (as adapted by the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 245 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order
- This Order shall come into operation on 1st February
- The Schedule to the Companies (Fees) Order 2009 ( S.I. No. 304 of 2009 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of: “ Registration of a charge to which section 99 applies, pursuant to section 103
(1)of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963) Paper form — €40 Electronic form — €40 Registration of a charge to which section 101 applies or a judgment mortgage to which section 102 applies, pursuant to section 103
(1)of the Companies Act 1963 (No. 33 of 1963) Paper form — €40 Electronic form — not applicable ” for “ Registration of a charge to which section 99 or 101 applies or a judgment mortgage to which section 102 applies, pursuant to section 103
(1)of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963) Paper form — €40 Electronic form — not applicable ” GIVEN under my Official Seal, 21 December 2012.
