(7)of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (No. 27 of 2013) hereby order as follows:
- This Order may be cited as the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (Commencement) Order
- The 23rd day of July 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 comes into operation. GIVEN under my Official Seal, 23 July
